Your book is ready to market if is it already published, self-published or already established with a POD publisher (whether or not you have printed copies on hand).

It is also ready to market if it is currently being printed or is otherwise already in production.

If you have been accepted by an agent who is actively shopping your book to publishers you should also choose this option.

Your book is in the pre-publication stage if you are still writing it, your manuscript is being edited or if it is ready to be submitted to an agent, publisher, POD publisher or printer but you have not done so yet.
